We currently operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. All room reservations are subject to this policy and we kindly request full payment upon booking. If you need to cancel your stay, you must do so by 3pm at least 48 hours before the day of arrival. All payments made are non-refundable but are transferable within 6 months, this means we'll be happy to move your payment to a future reservation made with us within 6 months of  cancellation.

The exception to this policy is when a cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival. In this instance, our team will be happy to either move your payment to a future reservation or refund the total balance.
